We need to resort to an unpopular measure and temporarily hit a pause button on orders, so we can work on the current queue before we start accepting the new ones. The number of orders we’re getting is bigger than we can serve at the moment, even with the upgrades in facilities and manpower we got over the past few months.
Another goal is to work towards reducing lead times in the future, and we need to clear out the backlog to be able to have a fresh start.
We’ll be back in business and start accepting new orders again in two weeks, on 27th of February.
