Description

*Updated* The baseplate allows pedals being mounted on the Sim-Lab seat slider, which makes it easy to quickly adjust the position of the pedals relative to the seat. Also it can be used without the seat slider forming a heelrest and solid mounting point for pedals. The pedal plate is now 12 mm  thick instead of 10 mm making it even more rigid as before.

Compatible with P1-X, P1 and old GT1 rig as well as 80/20 based pedal decks.

New updated universal pedal plate is compatibel with:

  • Heusinkveld Pro’s / Sprint / Ultimate pedal sets
  • Fanatec V3 & Elite pedals
  • Thrustmaster T3PA Pedals

Included:

  • Baseplate
  • Spacers for offsetting the baseplate from the seat slider and countersunk screws
  • Bolts & nuts for mounting the pedals

    Great product, perfect.

  2. Roger

In general, how would this be installed into an 8020-style chassis?

    • Richard Schouteren

With the spacers in a square mounting pattern. Or with the seat slider under it.

  3. Dave Weckl (verified owner)

Does the whole assembly, with slider, get mounted on top off the normal pedal plate, or instead of?

    • Richard Schouteren

Yes Correct. We have a detailed instruction waiting to be put online.

  4. James

Is this part of the P1-X chassis?

    • Richard Schouteren

      No thats a seperate item

  5. Guido Trampe (verified owner)

I have this pedal baseplate (with slider) in combination with Heusinkveld pro pedals. I would lime to have a heel plate to place my feet against mounted on the plate. Is this available? I get the impression that the default heelplate and this plate are nog compatible?

    • Richard Schouteren

Hi Guido, correct its not out of the box. But with some spacer screws, it will work fine. You will need to drill holes yourself though.

  6. Matt (verified owner)

Paired with the seat slider, this is an outstanding solution. They really did some thinking on this one. The spacers (included) that bolt to the seat slider make this MUCH easier to install and use. Gives a nice gap between the base plate and the slider. The base plate attaches with only 4 bolts, so you can quickly pull your whole pedal set off if you need to work on them. Very convenient and rock solid. Highly recommended!

  7. Henry

It´s this pedal baseplate compatible with the G29 pedals?

    • Richard Schouteren

Its not pre-drilled but you can easily make it fit with a drill.

  8. Michael Pöllhuber (verified owner)

Do you recommend to use the Heusinkveld Sprint Pedals without the base plate from Heusinkveld, or should I order the base plate together with the pedals? Can I use the heel rest from Sim-Lab instead? Is the heel rest from Sim-Lab compatible with this pedal slider base plate, or do I need to drill new holes? Are spacers between heel rest and base plate required / included?

    • Richard Schouteren

We are about to release a new heeplate and baseslider that will work together. For now you need to drill holes if you want to put the heelplate on the baseplate. But the Sprints work fine without, the base plate slider is especially suited for quickly adjusting the distance to the pedal.

When will Ricard new version be available?

    • Richard Schouteren

In about 3-4 weeks from now!

  10. Andy Durrant

Hi Richard, is there a solution for improving GT1 Evo pedal deck flex with the HE Sprints? Under braking 50-55kg i get a lot of flex in the centre of the pedal deck which i want to eliminate.

I was thinking this base plate would do that, but could you confirm the best solution – also in terms of mounting to the existing GT1 Evo pedal deck? (i.e. would the base plate mount directly without machining/drilling)

Alternatively the only other solution would be the HE Sprint pedal deck but i don’t think it looks too tidy :/

    Cheers

    • Richard Schouteren

We have a free reinforcement pate available! Check it in the shop.

  11. Henke

    Hi!
It says compatible with old GT1, doesn’t this pedal plate and slider fit the GT1 Evo?
    Thanks

    • Richard Schouteren

We had some changes in the design of both, I cannot guarantee it 100% it will fit, but you can easily drill a hole also.
