This promotion is hosted solely by Sim-Lab. It is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team, Formula One, or any social platform. References to Mercedes are for prize description only.

1. Eligibility

1.1 Open worldwide to natural persons aged 18 or over. Entry is void where prohibited by law and subject to any applicable export controls, sanctions, or local regulations. Proof of age and residence may be required.

1.2 Not open to employees, officers, contractors or agents of Sim-Lab, its group companies, their immediate families or households, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

1.3 Formula One conflict restriction: The winner cannot be a member of any Formula One team and cannot be a sponsor of any other Formula One team. “Member” includes employees, officers, contractors and agency workers of any Formula One team. “Sponsor of another Formula One team” includes any person who is an employee, officer, contractor, owner or representative of an organisation that has a current sponsorship, supplier or commercial partnership agreement with a Formula One team other than the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team. Sim-Lab may require written confirmation of eligibility and reserves the right to verify or disqualify entries that do not meet this condition.

1.4 Entrants must have an active account on the platform used to enter and must be able to receive direct messages.

1.5 The promotion is free to enter. Internet access is required. No purchase is necessary.

2. How to enter

2.1 Follow the instructions in the official announcement post on Sim-Lab channels. Unless stated otherwise, entry limits are one entry per person per platform. Multiple entries using multiple accounts, bots or scripts are prohibited and will be disqualified.

2.2 Entries that are incomplete, illegible, offensive, infringe third-party rights or otherwise breach these Terms will be void. Time of receipt is when we receive the entry on our systems.

2.3 Sim-Lab may, at its sole discretion, remove or disqualify entries that are not in the spirit of fair play.

3. Winner selection and notification

3.1 A random draw will take place on 21 November 2025 from all eligible entries received during the Entry window. The draw will be conducted by Sim-Lab and observed by an independent person or a computer process producing verifiably random results.

3.2 The provisional winner will be contacted by direct message or email within 24 hours of the draw and must respond within 24 hours to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond in time, fails eligibility checks, or declines the prize, Sim-Lab may award the prize to a reserve drawn at the same time or re-draw as needed.

3.3 Sim-Lab may require proof of identity, age, residence and eligibility, and may require the winner to sign prize acceptance and publicity forms.

4. Prize details and conditions

4.1 Factory tour: One guided tour of the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team factory in Brackley, United Kingdom for the winner only. The tour is planned for 26 November 2025. The tour date, start time, route and duration are set by the team and may change at short notice due to operational needs. No guest is included.

4.2 Strict security rules: No mobile phones, cameras or recording devices are allowed inside the factory. The winner must follow all visitor instructions, wear required badges or PPE, and comply with health, safety and security requirements. The winner may be asked to sign a visitor confidentiality agreement. Failure to comply can result in refusal of entry or removal from the site without compensation.

4.3 Travel reimbursement up to €500: Sim-Lab will reimburse the winner for reasonable, economy travel expenses to and from the factory in Brackley, United Kingdom, up to a maximum of €500 (EUR). Eligible expenses include economy-class airfare, standard rail or bus fares, reasonable ground transfers, and standard baggage fees. Accommodation, meals, travel insurance, visas, passports, vaccinations and any other costs are the winner’s responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise.

Reimbursement terms:

(a) Reimbursement is made in EUR to a bank account designated by the winner,

(b) original itemised receipts must be submitted within 30 days of the tour date,

(c) If expenses were paid in another currency, conversion will be based on the European Central Bank daily reference rate on the purchase date, or the actual amount charged as shown on a bank or card statement,

(d) any amount above €500 is the winner’s responsibility,

(e) The reimbursement applies to the winner only.

4.4 No cash or other alternative will be offered, except that Sim-Lab may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond its control.

4.5 The prize is non-transferable and may not be sold, auctioned, exchanged or used for commercial gain.

4.6 Operational changes: Access to particular areas or the tour itself may be curtailed or cancelled by the team for safety, security or operational reasons. If the tour cannot take place, Sim-Lab will use reasonable efforts to provide an alternative experience ofcomparable value, which may include rescheduling. Sim-Lab is not liable for any costs incurred by entrants due to changes or cancellations outside its control.

4.7 Taxes and reporting are the winner’s responsibility. The winner should obtain independent tax advice.

5. Publicity and content

5.1 The winner agrees that Sim-Lab may use their name, country of residence and likeness for reasonable post-promotion publicity in Sim-Lab channels for up to 12 months after the prize is taken, without additional payment. We will not imply endorsement by Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team.

5.2 No content may be created or shared from inside the factory. Any content created outside the factory must comply with applicable policies and must not reveal confidential information.

6. Data protection

6.1 Personal data supplied during the promotion will be processed by Sim-Lab for the purpose of administering the promotion and prize and otherwise in accordance with our Privacy Policy at [privacy policy URL]. Legal bases include performance of a contract and legitimate interests in running the promotion. Data may be shared with carefully selected partners strictly as needed to deliver the prize, including travel providers and the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team.

6.2 We will retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil these purposes and comply with legal requirements. Entrants have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability under applicable law. Contact: privacy@sim-lab.eu.

7. Fair play and disqualification

7.1 Sim-Lab reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, uses multiple or fake accounts, submits unlawful or harmful content, or otherwise breaches these Terms.

7.2 If an entry is found to breach these Terms, Sim-Lab may at its discretion void all associated entries and redraw the prize.

8. Liability

8.1 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8.2 Subject to clause 8.1, Sim-Lab is not responsible for:

a) entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, corrupted or incomplete,

b) failures of hardware, software, networks or platforms,

c) changes to or cancellation of the tour or access restrictions imposed by the factory, or

d) any loss or damage suffered by entrants that is not reasonably foreseeable or that is outside Sim-Lab’s reasonable control.

9. Social platform terms

9.1 The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok or X. By entering, entrants release those platforms from any liability arising from the promotion.

10. General

10.1 Sim-Lab may cancel, suspend or amend the promotion if required by circumstances outside its reasonable control and will post any material changes on the announcement channel.

10.2 If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

10.3 These Terms, together with any instructions in the announcement post, form the entire agreement between Sim-Lab and entrants regarding the promotion.

11. Governing law

11.1 These Terms and the promotion are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

Consumers may bring claims in the courts of their place of residence. Otherwise, disputes may be submitted to the competent courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

12. Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team site rules

12.1 Entry to the factory is at the absolute discretion of the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team and subject to its visitor, safety and security rules. The team may refuse admission or remove any person who does not comply. The winner must not bring a phone, camera or any recording device into the facility.
